Kayla Lynch joined Ortho Rhode Island as part of her longstanding interest in orthopedics, beginning with earning her undergraduate degree in exercise science. She then served for two years as a medical assistant in an orthopedic office, and developed her focus on spine care during her second elective rotation with Ortho Rhode Island, part of the Physician Assistant Studies program at Johnson & Wales University. Ms. Lynch is inspired by complexity of spine care, because it combines the skeletal and nervous systems, meaning every diagnosis requires careful thought.
When she’s not in the office, Ms. Lynch enjoys playing soccer, spending time with friends and family, and working out.
