LIA MOCERI, PA-C

Lia Moceri earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Rhode Island, followed by a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Tufts University School of Medicine. She specializes in joint replacements, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, management of osteoarthritis, and sports injuries.

A native Rhode islander, Lia worked as an EMT and ER tech at South County Hospital prior to becoming a PA. During her PA training, Lia fell in love with orthopedic surgery, the culture of teamwork, and getting patients back to doing the things they love.

When she’s not working with patients, Lia enjoys boating, going to the beach, traveling, watching college basketball, and playing with her dog.
