Greg Doucette joined the Ortho Rhode Island team in Wakefield, where he specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. A board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Greg has nearly 20 years of experience helping patients overcome pain and return to the activities they love. He is passionate about teaching patients the “how” and “why” behind movement so they can recognize, adjust, and maintain healthy function long after therapy ends.
Greg earned both his Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. He is certified in Dry Needling and is also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Greg believes that physical therapy is the best entry point for patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction, emphasizing education and independence as key components of recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Greg enjoys playing golf, basketball, and soccer, and coaches youth sports. He loves spending time with his wife, Dana, and their two sons, Alexander and Connor, especially traveling or relaxing at the beach. He is also actively involved with the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association, serving on the Legislative Committee.
