Bethany Bussey, PA-C specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic care, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She sees patients in Warwick, Providence, Wakefield, and Middletown.
Bethany discovered her passion for orthopedics during her clinical rotation at Ortho Rhode Island while in physician assistant school. As a former soccer player, she was drawn to the specialty’s hands-on, team-based approach and the opportunity to help patients return to the activities and sports they enjoy most.
Before becoming a physician assistant, Bethany worked as a licensed nursing assistant on a medical-surgical floor and as a medical assistant in dermatology. These experiences strengthened her clinical skills and reinforced her commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Outside of medicine, Bethany enjoys surfing, cycling, yoga, snowboarding, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
