COLBY MASSE, PA-C

Operating Privileges: South County Hospital

Colby Masse has worked as a physical therapy technician, certified nurse assistant and medical assistant while working towards a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Rhode Island and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Johnson and Wales University.

Colby’s main areas of interest include assisting with robotic assisted total knee and hip replacements, knee arthroscopy, and in-office hip and knee injections. He did his clinical rotation at Ortho RI during his program at Johnson & Wales and was impressed by the impact of joint replacement procedures and their effect on patients returning to the activities that they love.

He feels great satisfaction from seeing patients for the first time in the office, appropriately diagnosing them, assisting in their surgery, and following up through their entire recovery process.

When not assisting patients, Colby is a part-time musician with two Australia Shepherds at home that keep him busy with their energy and love for adventure.
