Devin Kiley, PA-C, specializes in adult joint reconstruction with a focus on total hip and total knee replacement. He sees patients in Providence and Warwick and assists in surgery at Fatima Hospital, South County Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and the Ortho Rhode Island Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Devin’s interest in orthopedics began through his own experiences as an athlete and grew while working as an orthopedic medical assistant at Ortho Rhode Island before attending physician assistant school. During his training, he completed two elective orthopedic rotations, including one at LBJ Tropical Medical Center in American Samoa, which further reinforced his passion for orthopedic care.
As a Rhode Island native, Devin is excited to care for patients in the community where he grew up. He is committed to helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options while providing compassionate, individualized care that helps them regain mobility and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of medicine, Devin enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and golf, following New England sports teams, traveling, spending time at the beach, and being with family and friends.
