A Little Advice from A Coach.......

I recently had another successful season coaching youth football.  I love doing it.  It allows me to spend quality time with my son and some of his friends.  I try my best to be a positive role model for my players and work hard challenging them.  It also keeps me young.

We made it to the semifinals this year.   I wanted to write my players a letter and since we don't have a blog writer this week (my fault as I am the coordinator of our blog, oops), I felt why not share some of my letter to our readers.

First, I told my boys to thank their parents for their efforts in getting them to practices and games.  Then I wrote the following list for them to review.  Some of it we discussed throughout the season.  I am going to hand them all this letter at our end of the year banquet next month.

2020 is around the corner...Maybe some of these or just one of them will be inspirational to you.  Happy Holidays and have a great New Year!!!

DISCLAIMER:  If one of my player's parents reads this before the banquet, please don't share with your son until after the banquet.
