Ortho Rhode Island was created to deliver a laser focus on patient-centric care. In 2016, patients showed their appreciation by ranking us among the best practices nationwide, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
According to a national patient survey, Ortho Rhode Island ranked in the top ten percent for overall best patient experience in 2016. The award is given to those top-performing outpatient organizations whose patient satisfaction scores outperformed those of thousands of providers across the country.
Survey questions spanned the entire patient experience, asking patients for feedback about the scheduling process to wait times to their interactions with their healthcare provider and more. The survey was conducted by SurveyVitals, a national health-tech firm specializing in patient satisfaction and was completed during January 1 to December 31, 2016.
