Pat Procaccini, DPT, CSCS, holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is Dry Needling certified through Kinetacore.
Pat is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-informed care that empowers patients to achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. He believes that successful rehabilitation is built on a collaborative partnership between therapist and patient, with treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs, lifestyle, and aspirations.
Motivated by seeing patients progress and improve over time, Pat combines traditional rehabilitation techniques with principles of strength and conditioning to help patients build resilience, restore function, and confidently return to sport, work, and daily activities. His approach emphasizes education, movement quality, and long-term success beyond the clinic.
With eight years of experience as a physical therapist, Pat has developed expertise in sports medicine and strength and conditioning. He is committed to lifelong learning and continually seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and refine his clinical skills to provide the highest level of care.
Outside of the clinic, Pat enjoys staying active through Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, and basketball. He also enjoys reading, playing chess, and spending time with his two cats, Laszlo and Zamboni.
